Payroll from notebook photos — a problem hiding in a group text

My design partner (Katie) was in her group SMS chat with me, and mentioned to her employees that she urgently needed the photos of their notebooks for payroll. Since I was in the group chat, I decided to give her a call to ask what that was about. It turns out she has her employees track their time in notebooks and then send her photos of their tracking so she can put the times together for payroll.

I realized I could help her here. Instead of needing to get together pictures from her employees and painfully transcribe (and compute!) their hours, commissions and calculate totals, I could propose a couple of views - one for employee and one for owner - and see what would work for her employees and for her as an owner.
